The Webex Meetings web app doesn't have a whiteboard panel. The web app supports only meetings that are enabled for Webex video or for MP4 recordings. To enable content sharing in Chrome version 71 or earlier, install the Cisco Webex App and Cisco Webex Content Sharing extension.
